Blocking IP address

we keep getting SPAM with viruses from this one IP address; we would like to block it.
I can't find that option in our Cpanel. Where can I find it.

If you are runing APF as a frontend to your IPTables, you can simply edit the /etc/apf/deny_hosts.rules file and restart APF.
