Blocking large messages

Any ways to block large messages?

Spammers on occasion (daily?) send huge (250KB and greater) email. Usually it is an attachment.
I can block the IP's of them but that is not enough.

Anyone one have good ways of blocking these?

Ideally I would like to block all attachments and messages larger than say 50KB unless they are from a whitelisted person. I don't see any SpamAssassin tests for message size. That would be handy.

I am also looking to block large INCOMING attachments. I know how to use the "message_size_limit" directive in exim to limit the size but it limits both the incoming and outgoing message sizes. I only want to limit the incoming message size. Can anyone shed any light?

pubwvj, if you want to limit both incoming and outgoing to 50k add this line to your exim configuration in WHM:

#!!# Limits the maximum message size.

message_size_limit = 50000

You can probably do it in an ACL or router. Unless someone has an idea, you'll have to pop on over to the exim site and have a search and/or post to the exim mailing list.
