Boxtrapper error

Customer states error below:

When making any changes to Boxtrapper for any of out domains, the following message appears: "BoxTrapper Your changes have been saved. [a fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive]"


Please somebody be so kind as to give me a solution to this problem.

Whenever you get that error you need to check the cPanel error log in /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log for the reason.
