Whitelisted email to Self Doesn't go through

I have a customer that is experiencing this issue, in the review it states something about possibly forged.... unfortunately the customer insists on emailing themselves so I need to find a resolution.

Customer is added to the whitelist section. You go through review queue and "deliver and add to whitelist" still no go. I am at wits end here.

Try adding "FROM" (if not already there) before each email address in the whitelist. One of my customers discovered this quirk:

I noticed that I omitted "from" in front of the White Listed email address in Box trapper. Adding the "FROM"s appears to have fixed our email accounts. Cpanel's web site does not have detailed instructions on Box trapper. Adding a warning to Box trapper's white list instructions about errors crash boxtrapper might have helped avoid this problem.
