I have come across a strange issue with boxtrapper in cPanel. After adding a lot of email addresses to the white_list of boxtrapper, one day it stopped working all of a sudden. Mails from addresses which are already in the white_list also started asking for verification. After a close look, I have seen that the /home/briseid/etc/domain.com/user/.boxtrapper/white-list.txt file contains junk characters (^M) at the end of each line. I removed it and it started working... !

But not sure what is the root of this issue and how can I stop it for ever.. BTW, this problem now repeats after a short period... Any help will be appreciated.
