Trying boxtrapper (part of pro package)

I thought that after the sender validates their email that boxtrapper was supposed to then move the queued email over to the inbox. Isn't that right?

Cuz we're finding that even after validation, the email sits in the Queue rather than going to the Inbox.

I'm hoping that there is some config thing that I can tweak. I mean, if we have to check each mail in the Queue AFTER validation, boxtrapper ain't gonna work out.
