Dear All,
is there a way to make ThunderBird read/view the BoxTrapper queue through it?
or maybe any other PC based client or any email client that view it, cause its annoying to view the webbased queue from time to time and takes time
Thanks.

Setup IMAP in Thunderbird, and check the .SPAM / INBOX.SPAM / similar folders![]()

Well, you won't ever be able to monitor the queue, especially from a program like a mail reader, since the mail queue is live. You'd need something which could watch the queue while running.....

its not live, its text saved in files, so it should be readable somehow
just need to figure how to read that folder queue and list them in text format in frontend like frontpage or any other extension
at the moment its a shlep to login and open the webmail, and then navigate to the boxtrapper queue. if we could view those as a folder in thunderbird IMAP that would be a killer solution for mail. I think a lot of people don't use boxtrapper just because its quicker to delete spam that to have to login to webmail and search the boxtrapper queue everytime they don't receive an email they're waiting for.
Just being able to view the entire box trapper results in one screen, versus the day by day Go Back routine would be nice. Chuck all the trapped mail into one email folder like screen, and being able to select multiple emails for action would be better. You delete some, you have to go back and forth, you whitelist some, you have to go back, sometimes it takes you to the latest date and not to where you were date wise.
Recently they made it even more of a PITA when they set the default to 10 when first entering Boxtrapper to select the email account to view. I have over 40 accounts but only a few that are enabled. Now I have to manually choose 50, then sort, then select, then go to the Review Queue, then daily, etc.
Whoever is responsible for Boxtrapper development did not think things through for the users convenience.
I agree, it's easier to just let the damn spam come through and delete it versus the tedious process of Boxtrapper whitelist checking or deleting the trapped spam.
My ISP has an ad screen you have to close to even get to Cpanel Boxtrapper trying to sell me a premium spam service for $1 per month per account.
Ridiculous!!!!!
