Broken cpan mirrors in updates

Getting a few errors the past few days with the updates.
Running latest Current build.

How do i change the mirrors ?

can anyone reply please, it looks like my server is missign some perl libraries ie Tie/IxHash.pm I cannot install them because cpanel cannot update perl modules during cpup, and /scripts do not work either.

Im a Noc customer , have opened a ticket with them, but it takes ages for them to deciide wich finger to use to pick their nose.

I hope someone else tries. :/
