[BUG] Apache Fail After Username Update

I have run into a little bug which causes apache to fail.

The problem is when you modify a users username.
After the modification takes place cpanel does not add the new group
name and apache fails because the group does not exist.

It may also give you an error such as "NameVirtualHost 111:222:333:444:80 has no VirtualHosts"
