Well... this make me some headaches...

Let;s try to reproduce the problem ...
a) you have a Reseller with an IP assigned to it.
b) you have an with another IP (let say the main IP) and wants to change this account to use the reseller IP.
c) you go to "Change IP Address", and select the "SHARED" IP.

now ... for some reason, it creates a VirtualHost on the Proftpd.conf file ... and screw up things.
Looks like it does not recognize the IP as shared, and tries to give it a dedicated ftp access.

Anyone could try it ... I have reproduced the error lot of times
