[ BUG ] Change Site IP Address >> Problems with PROFTD + Shared IPs.

Let see...
the problem is easy to reproduce ....

1) You have a Reseller with it's own IP (Manage Reseller Main Shared/Ipless Ip)
2) Then you have a website that's on another shared IP, or on it's own IP...
3) As root, do a "Change Site IP" from any site to the reseller "shared" IP (it should show as " ###.###.##.## (shared ip) " on the drop down select.
4) It adds a VirtualHost on proftpd.conf just like a Dedicated IP site.

Did you allocate the site to the reseller before changing its IP?

Yes, Not one time, but as many times as I try...
change ownershit to a reseller first, then change the IP, and it adds it on proftpd.conf and removes it from the available IPs too .... (so you cant select it again....)
