bug in file manager when extracting files?

when i try to extract an archive it does not write over the previous files, nore do i get the question if i want to overwrite previous files.

this is the result shown in the dialogue box after i try to extract, no buttons except the close button:

Archive: /home/xxxxxxx/public_html/Joomla_1.5.2_to_1.5.5-Stable-Patch_Package.zip
replace administrator/language/en-GB/en-GB.mod_stats.ini? [y]es, [n]o, [A]ll, [N]one, [r]ename: NULL
(assuming [N]one)


im running cpanel current and its up to date. anyone else get the same, or is it only me?

This issue was resolved in build 12599 according to Bugzilla 5465. What is your complete build and version information?

EDIT: BTW, the bug in bugzilla does not really match my bug, might be a totally different one...
