That 0.00 0.10 means over limit by 0.10
The limit is showing as 0 and the user has 0.10 which is more than zero.
Try to increase the quota or fun fixquotas.

How can that be. Each of his mailbox has a 10meg limit. So 10meg shows as 0.00? and your saying his over by 0.10??
Hmm, reading backwards again.![]()
That is used/quota
so your right 0mb used /10mb quota

I find that when this happens he is out of webspace.
If the space allowed is 50 meg and I increase his alloted space to 55 meg all mail goes through!!
You still haven't got it quite right, David.
used / quota
0.00 / 0.10
Meg / Meg
That is a quota of 10% of 1MB which means, the settings somehow got changed -- as it should be showing:
used / quota
0.00 / 10.00 << default setting for new Mailboxes
Meg / Meg
Seems easy enough to fix though, using the 'Change Quota' link.
