Default build_apache_conf -> Domain ownership conflict [SOLVED]

Runnning build_apache_conf script gives the following error:

Domain ownership conflict detected for [hostname], users nobody, [user].

I see a similar thread where cpanelkenneth asks to question:

"...Was action taken by cPanel to rectify this or is the issue still present?" But the OP did not reply so there is not a solution.

In my case, the answers would be no, yes respectively. Any suggestion how to correct this? Thanks

You can decide which user "nobody or [user]" should have hostname owned under it, and then remove the entries of the hostname from other user's files under /var/cpanel/users/user and files in /var/cpanel/userdata/user/ folder, then try to run the rebuild script.
1 solution works for all problems. Trying harder!

...remove the entries of the hostname from other user's files...
