buildapache on non cpanel box

Can I use the buildapache on a non cpanel box? I have a 2nd box that im not going to put cpanel on, have it on my main box ok. i just need a 2nd apache build with all the options I already have on apache.

No buildapache on a non cpanel box will not work, it needs cpanel calls. It is also against our licensing agreement.
