    Default buildapache.sea error

I just downloaded [ cpanel-redhat7.2-install.sea (Sat Mar 23 10:34:00 2002) ] and ran it on a working machine with cpanel previously installed.

    Then I downloaded buildapache.sea (Fri Apr 26 08:26:22 2002)
and ran it, got the following errors:

Please excuse my stupidity! I am thinking cpanel-redhat7.2-install.sea built dimaged the c compiler ? so I am planning to install this http://rpmfind.net//linux/RPM/redhat/7.2/i386/gcc-2.96-98.i386.html

Am I on the right direction? Thank you so much!
