Building Apache form WHM

I opted to build Apache from my WHM to the latest version.
It worked fine and Apache restarted at the end of the update.
BUT every time I enter my WHM the script starts automatically, then I hit the browser stop button and refresh the screen and the (Correct) News panel comes up.
I have cleared the browsers cache etc... nothing seems to stop it!
Does anyone know if this is a bug in this new feature?
