I am new to game servers and need to know how we can restart OR stop/start COD for a single user with the help of a cronjob?

Like I have 4 users and for each user I need a script which have the commands to restart OR stop/start COD for a single user and which I can call using a cron job once in a day for each user?

your help will be highly appreciated...
