Can Cpanel and WHM support multilingual domain names?

We register multilingual domain name and try add it to our cpanel account, but cpanel say that this name is incorrect.
I know, that generally support for multilingual domain names is simple (we need change few records in named files), but i don't are we have possibilities using multilingual domain names in WHM or Cpanels. Can anyone explain me are this possible or not and if not, when this feature may realized?
