Can I use sub domain of my existing domain as second server primary domain

Is it possible to use a sub domain of my existing domain in dedicated server 01 (mymainserver.com) to setup a new dedicated server primary domain as secoundserver.mymainserver.com.

If this possible, I could follow this scenario for each client buy a dedicated server.

I am using latest cPanel verion with my dadicated server

It is possible to do that. Just add an A entry to the domains zone file in the main one for the new subdomain to point to the new server.
