Unhappy can not empty trash in file manage

Oddly, one of my client can not empty trash in his file manage.

Every time after he empties trash, Cpanel deletes the directory /home/myclient/.trash, then shows the content of /usr/local/cpanel/base in the trash can.

I havn't found this problem on other accounts.

Is this one of the known bugs of Cpanel?
Can somebody here give some advice to fix the problem?

Is he trying to delete the contents of a script that was automatically installed? If so, he doesn't have permission to delete the file.

    chown USERNAME:USERNAME /home/USERNAME/.trash/*
