Can a reseller unsuspend a root account suspended by him with root lock?

Can a reseller unsuspend an account suspended by him with root lock?

Its not working in the server and the user cannot unsuspend it. . . (i.e., the account unspended by reseller with the option, prevent resellers from unsuspending)??


Please let me know. Is it ok or its abnormal in my server.

Edit: Please check it, I miss typed something, reseller is the owner of the account and he has suspended the account by clicking "Prevent Resellers from unsuspending". Can he unsuspend the account after wards?

A reseller should not be able to remove a suspension on an account he does not own.

A reseller should not even get the message 'prevent resellers from unsuspending' because a reseller can not have resellers under him (unless there is a third party tool used, but even then the main reseller is not root and should not see this message).

If this tickbox is clicked by root; a reseller can ofcourse not unsuspend this account.
