can site overloading cause such a problem

Hello

last week i check such a problem (2-3 times)

site is online, but i can't access to cpanel or WHT (+ check email accounts via outlook)

first time i try to cpanel i got such a error:

open3: fork failed: Cannot allocate memory at cpsrvd.pl line 3045

after this i cann't access to cpanel and wht.

my hoster told, that it's my site overloaded.

pls tell me, can it be from site overloading, or it's another problem (may be on server side)

Hello,

It depend of the quantity of users are coming on your website per day. If you have an huge amount of users coming on our website, it could cause cpu load and server problem.
