Can`t login into WHM, SSH, all services are crashing

After reboot I had access to WHM and from there i changed my root pass, but after that i still can`t login via SSH.After few minutes all services were crashed and now my server is online but without any running proceses and I cant login into it.
Please help me to resolve this issue.

It sounds like a corrupt /etc/passwd file - contact your datacenter and have them restore a backup of it if that is the problem.

There should be several in /etc/passwd.*

When your /etc/passwd file corrupts, the service users cannot be read, that causes the crash etc of services. My best guess thus far anyway
