can you change the url without deleting the account

I have a user that wants to change the url without deleting his account so he does not have to create everything again.

Is this possible in WHM?

yes, changing the url will just add the new dns setting and it will all go well (i just did this today).

So when the user goes to the new url, if all is set up right, it should go to the public_html folder of the account.

use "modify an account" from root whm.
change the domain name to new one and save.
