Cannot add resellers in wHM

I'm unable to add reseller accounts to my WHM. I can't select any account since the drop down menu is empty.

Does anyone know the solution to this problem? I'm running Capnel 11.1 E351

Im not sure if you can downgrade from edge. But I would suggest release or current build for production work

even with a downgrade it does not solve my problem.

I went through this last night and then I figured out I had to create a package first, then I could create a new account.

Once you've added a package to add to the account, the dropdown menu will populate with that package.

Scroll down the left nav section and choose "Add Package" under "Packages" (Note: Don't leave the throttles at unlimited, it likely won't let you - you have to set some limits for the package)
