Filesystem blocks soft hard inodes soft hard
    /dev/sda8 8 51200 51200 2 0 0

    Try this -

    In ssh as root

    /scripts/updatenow
    /scripts/upcp --force
    /scripts/updatefrontpage

    Then try to recreate account.
