Cannot create ANY user or domain email filters.

When I try to create a new user or domain email filter, and click "CREATE", nothing happens and IE says "ERROR ON PAGE" at the very bottom left. I have also tried in Firefox, nothing happens. I cannot create new filters, and I cannot modify old filters.

WHM 11.32.1 (build 4)

Could you post the output of the cPanel error log when you attempt to create an email filter? The cPanel error log is located at:

# /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log

Nothing appears in the file when I push the create button. The create button acts like nothing happens, so cpanel doesn't even know it gets clicked.

Could you check to ensure the account is using the "X3" theme as opposed to a theme provided by a third-party?

That it is. I use a modified x3 theme, that I modified myself. It has worked perfectly for a long time, with my own branding and such, but the recent cPanel updates have broken it. I went back to the official x3 and it works. I will have to rebuild by custom x3 themes based on the newer version of x3 now.

Sorry to jump into your thread, but I am having the EXACT same problem. I am using WHM/cPanel ver 11.32.2 (build 25). I am using the supplied x3 with no modifications. I have been using this trouble free for years and now I can not edit or create new Account Level Email Filters. Your help is appreciated in advance!
