Cannot edit DNS Zones

Dear Cpanel support,

We have an issue to which we cannot edit DNS Zones on one of our servers.

The server is running: WHM 11.2.0 cPanel 11.11.0-S16999

Now, we can access every other menu in WHM fine, including the DNS functions menu.

However, when we attempt to access the following menus, we either receive a blank screen or it simply does not load a page and does not error. Please view the following:

• Add DNS Zone - works but very very very slowly
• Edit DNS Zone - does not load or give "page cannot be displayed" error - just sits there trying to load but nothing happens
• Delete DNS Zone - Loads a blank page

Could we receive any indication of what the error could be?

Any help would be greatly appreciated?

if you tail your /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log you probably will found source of problem. we have similar problem on one of our servers after Cpanel upgrading and problem gone away when we add few modules and also link/copy Cpanel perl modules to correct location.
