Default Cannot find path to /tmp/cpmove-user to attempt re-transfer

I tranferred some user files from another server earlier today and then renamed the account after the transfer and the database data was not kept on the new location. So I want to do a new transfer and am getting an error.
    Code:
/tmp/cpmove-user exists, please remove it and try again
    DOWNLOAD READY in /tmp/cpmove-user.tar.gz
I cannot find anything on the server at /tmp. I did find the .tar.gz file in /home. Where is /tmp/cpmove-user so I can remove it and try again?
