Cannot install SSL Cert

We recently moved one of our busier sites from one CPanel Server to another CPanel server, which required us to change the IP. We did the move using the transfer option in CPanel.

After the move, I generated a new CSR using the new server and purchased a new InstantSSL (with the new IP) using our reseller account with comodo.

When I try to install the SSL on the new server using WHM, nothing happens. There is no status message of any kind, and the frame where such status messages are normally displayed is empty.

I have tried this with both the x and blue-lagoon themes with the same results.

Does anyone have any ideas?

I had this problem, and believe it or not it was because of the browser I was using. My upline suggested I use Mozilla or Netscape to install the certificate, and it worked fine. (I was using IE)
