Cannot Login / Disk Usage Issues

When I try to log in to CPanel, I have two issues:
1. At the top of the log in is a message that says "Security token missing!" in red.
2. After I hit the "Login" button I get this message:
Sorry for the inconvenience!
The filesystem mounted at /home2/modernca on this server is running out of disk space. cPanel operations have been temporarily suspended to prevent something bad from happening. Please ask your system admin to remove any files not in use on that partition.
And I cannot get into CPanel at all. ;/
My disk space is definitely not used up. Last time I was on (Friday) it was only about 45% used.
