Cannot restore backup from cpmove file

cannot restore backup on my cpanel server. i did cpmove files and on new one when im trying to put them back, cpanel is creating account with domain files, databases etc. but without any content in public_html folder. any idea why?

Have you checked /etc/wwwacct.conf ?

yes i did that, but anyways i solve problem. On server when I been trying to restore account was cpanel 11.12 but oryginally backup has been made on higher version. so solution was simple, just to update cpanel to latest release and execute restore again.
