Cannot see cron user in the cpanel

Good morning,
I have a customer with 2 cron. I see them in
/var/spool/cron/user (root.username with rw----)
Now, in his cpanel them I see no cron installed and if I try to insert a new cron I don't see it in the /user cron

Where can I fix this problem ?

Assume you have enabled cron in the package for that user/domain?

Yes,
the package is a standard package with the default feature and in the feature manager, under default, I see that the crontab manager is enabled.

Any other idea ?
