cannot send/receive email. error with /scripts/exim4
centos 3.3

after I run /scripts/exim4

I got the error below

Building RPM.............................Done
Failed to download http://diff.cpanel.net/exim-cpanel7....d5pass.src.rpm at /scripts/exim4 line 191.

and suggestions?
