Default Cannot transfer accounts in WHM over SSH

I am transferring multiple accounts between servers in WHM with ssh running the same version of cPanel/WHM but which are failing.

On the WHM multiple account transfer the message is:

"There are no packages that can be copied from the remote server"

And there are no sites listed either - nothing is listed from the target server.

The ssh connection is correct and verified by WHM. I have also verified the ssh connection from server to server.

If I do a single account transfer in WHM over ssh the error message is:

"The remote server didn't report a correct md5sum of the archive. Please ensure you selected the correct type of remote server."

Again, the ssh connection is verified in WHM and the same message appears for any account transfer.

What could be causing this and what is the solution please?

    Thank you very much!

had this before and ran into this as a solution. If you have too many accounts, you're SOL. Good luck

    ///////////////

Copy / Transfer Account MD5 Error Message:

    Packaging the account... Done
    Transfer Error

The remote server didn't report a correct md5sum of the archive. Please ensure you selected the correct type of remote server

    Affected Machines:

    Cpanel/WHM
WHM 10.1.0 cPanel 10.2.0-R82 - could be others
    RedHat 9 i686 - WHM X v3.1.0

    Resolution:
    1. Login to root SSH
    2. Run /scripts/pkgacct username (replace username with the account's username)
    3. Make sure the pkgacct finished, to be sure try to see the md5sum of the created archive.
    4. cd /home then ls to see the file. It should look like cpmove-username.tar.gz run md5sum cpmove-username.tar.gz
    5. If you don't see the /home/cpmove-username.tar.gz but you see cpmove-username-split then run the /scripts/pkgacct again.
    6. Proceed to transfer again through WHM once again, it will have a new md5sum and should work.
    7. If all the above and still doesn't work then take the /home/cpmove-username.tar.gz and copy it to the users directory. cp cpmove-username.tar.gz /home/username/public_html
    8. (Remote Machine) Login to the remote machine and su to root: wget ipaddress/~username/cpmove-username.tar.gz
    9. (Remote Machine) mv cpmove-username.tar.gz /home
    10. (Remote Machine) Login to main WHM under Backup, click Restore a Full Backup/cpmove file
    11. Enter the username and click restore. You can also do /scripts/restorepkg username in Shell.
