I am getting this email from cron............ Does anybody know what it is or why or how to fix it?

This generally means you have a bad disk

yes we had, actually for some unknown reasons the /var partition filled up and that's happened after that. Now it seems fixed, we run a /scripts/upcp but still some customers have problem with checking their emails. "Can not lock file" or something. What we must do?
