Hi,
I erroneously terminated an account in cpanel,
and immediately re-created it in WHM under my reseller account.
For the re-created account I used the same username,
but a new password. WHM accepted those settings,
but the new password didn't take, i.e. I could login into the account
*only* with the old password.
I contacted the admin of my reseller account,
and they reset the password for the account in question in WHM.
They told me it's working fine for them now with the new password.
On my end, even after clearing all browser history and passwords/forms,
and rebooting, I can still only login the account by using the old password.
Is there anything I can "clear", maybe in the realm of DNS zones?.........I
don't know much about DNS Zones, and I am afraid to screw anything up
if I proceed without knowing what I am doing.
Any help is appreciated!
