can't downlaod email.reg

    Default can't downlaod email.reg

    I have a problem in cpannel. When I go to "Configuring Mail Client" instead of getting email.reg file, it open simply html with recording which should be in that .reg file.
    Does anyone know what is the problem, and why I cannot download email.reg file?

    Please don't bump threads.

    Have you tried using a different browser? Also, what version of cPanel are you using and have you tried updating it as there was a fix for the feature a while back.

    I have same issue... I use STABLE 10.8.0 cpanel. reg file is not downloaded its displayed in browser (as html).

    10.8.1_114 is the latest stable - have you tried upgrading?

    Also, what OS/browser are you using (clientside OS, that is)?
