Cant Edit Package..?

any ideas why my WHM says:

"Updated account balance (Sorry you may not create any more accounts with the package XXXX.) "

when i try to update anything on any package? Bandwidth, emails, ftp acc..? none are full and my account isnt full?

as an update... i see whats happening... i am over my bandwidth quota so i have changed some quotas on some domains down, but some wont change, others says they have changed but dont change on the overall bandwidth page?

It sounds like your hosting provider has limited the resources you can allocate on your reseller account. Different hosts can set up these limits in different ways. For example, a maximum disk quota and bandwidth quota, or maximum number of specific pages or a combination of these. You may want to contact your hosting provider to better understand the restrictions placed on your account so you are better informed and can take corrective action.
