i have the same problem for more than a week ... my clients r starting to be upset !!![]()
i try fix with Synchronize FTP accounts, dont worked !!!
I try to rebuild apahce (easyapache option 6), and it seems working?
but after one day, my server apache got failed, and then I have to change apache setting back.
Not quite sure whether this is the problem.

Locking the files are your best bet.
whats wrong with switching to the other program and then back to your fave ftpd....

hi @ all,
i have the same prob,no log in even with the root password
change and reverse change of the two ftpversions was not helping....
Know someone here the path to the password storage file if there is such thing?
I know some of you would suggest "write a ticket" but will i than get charged for a obviously prob? And i saw here that a lot of you guys allready wrote a ticket,without any answers.......
hopefully we get soon help..... :-(
