Cant login to WHM only blank page

Hello i Need help with this i want to install this but when the install is finished i cant login
When i login only come blank Page

i have Try Reboot, Update , and all this commands is in this Forum
But this dont work Pleas help

No, you cannot install cPanel/WHM on Ubuntu. Did you attempt this with this installation?
