can't ping, lynx or send e-mails to one particualr domain

hi

i'm having a problem with one particular domain.
seem like my cPanel server won't resolve the domain or something
i can not ping, lynx or send e-mails to this domain, it only show :unknow host or something like this
i have another server sitting side by side with my cPanel box and that one doesn't have any problem with this domain, plus i can access this domain from everywhere and no one seem to have problem with it.

another thing, this domain used to host on my server but i've completely terminate the account months ago, think this has anything to do with my problem?

any suggestion about what i should do or which files, setting i should check?

Had you updated the nameservers of the domain at registrar correctly? Does there is valid zone files on the server?

the nameserver was updated correctly and zone files is valid. there's no problem with this domain anywhere else, just my cpanel server. thanks.
