Can't send, can't recieve email

I have problems with exim. I have updated to the latest version, and I have updated the WHM to the stable version but the error continues.

The error is:

2005-08-24 13:28:17 failed to expand condition "${perl{check_deliver}{$domain}{$local_part}}" for virtual_user router: Undefined subroutine &main::check_deliver called.

It looks like that your exim.pl is missing try running >>>

/scritps/updatenow
/scripts/eximup --force
