have domain hosted by one company, told them to change mx record to point to me, got ip address, hosting email, now...

I can send email FROM my domain using outlook, but I can't send email TO my domain using outlook.

webmail is able to send FROM domain, but nothing shows up when I send TO my domain.

whats the problem?
