Default can't solve this problem..please help

I'm moving my site to a new server. Got this error

WARNING : [2] session_start(): Cannot send session cookie - headers already sent by (output started at /home/vns/public_html/inc/mysql.inc.php:496)
    /home/vns/public_html/inc/certificate.inc.php (line 273)

WARNING : [2] session_start(): Cannot send session cache limiter - headers already sent (output started at /home/vns/public_html/inc/mysql.inc.php:496)
    /home/vns/public_html/inc/certificate.inc.php (line 273)

    Operation can't be logged...
Please, set RW permissions to file.log file

I restored all 3 databases with same username/password and db name successfully. Permissions seem to be exact as old server on all directories/files. What is wrong here?

Check to make sure you have the same php modules installed on both servers and compare the php.ini file on both.

First off help me help you by giving me some more information, is this a 3rd party piece of software? If so which one? Also by modules I mean when you goto update apache in WHM you will see a list of modules indented. Make sure those match your previous server.

That's basically what I did in WHM. I just updated it to 3.7 PHP and everything else basically the same.

I copied all files over to new server and restored databases with same name/username/password.

This should work fine. Looks like some permission problems but not sure where.
