cant un-deny blocked IP's

one of my clients used the Ip Deny Manager function in cpanel and blocked the wrong IP address. the Ip Deny Manager will not remove the added IP's

What file in ssh holds theses IP's so I can manually remove them?

Those IPs are added to that particular acounts .htaccess file located in the root of the account. Delete it there.
