Cant update to WHM 7.2

I am not using autoupdate so today when i login to whm i got this message :

You are runnning an older version of cPanel/WHM. (7.1.0-EDGE_18) You should upgrade to the 7.2.x series soon by (clicking here)!

after i click a link "click here " something ran , they nothing happend i'v tried to restart my server , but everything the same , i still got WHM 7.1.0
Anyone can help me ?

oh , i can update WHM to 7.2 already , but now i got :

You are running an insecure kernel (2.4.20). You should upgrade to a newer version as soon as possible to avoid your system being compromised.

what now ? and how to update this kernel ?

yes i am using redhat 7.3 and PHP Version 4.3.1

rhn_Register in shell, do that process.

Then after you finished registering your RHN,
Type this in

up2date --nox -f kernel
Let it completely finish. Reboot server after
