Exclamation Can't upload file larger than 2GB

My server runs CentOS 5.7 x64, Apache 2.2 (latest) and PHP 5.3 (latest).

When I try to upload a file larger than 2GB, Firefox says "sending request to <server>" but the access_log says the current POST request has already returned a 404, even though FF is still sending the request. After a few seconds, Firefox says "connection reset by peer".

If I upload a file smaller than 2GB, the POST request completes and the file is uploaded successfully.

Is this a bug with Apache/PHP? Anyone know how I can fix this issue please?

You may want to look at your PHP.INI settings, to determine whether you're exceeding your upload_max_size or post_max_size.

It would be a lot easier to upload that large of a file using FTP rather than what appears to be file manager. FTP is intended for passing large amounts of data.
