Default Can't upload files using file manager

I'm not able to upload files using cpanel's file manager. I get a connection timeout error.
    I'm trying to upload a 61kb file

I've tried with different accounts, and it's the same

There's enough space. It's happened with every account I've tested

I'm heving problems also with FTP.

Uploading files with FTP I get to upload them, but my ftp client has to reconnect at least 2 times to send a 48kb file. And the file (a gif image) uploaded all messed up.

    Using cpanel I just get:
Internal Server Error - Connection Timeout

    I just noticed something:
In cpanel's file manager, in the upload page, for all accounts it's showing:
    Current available free-space: MB
Maximum file size for upload: -4.76837158203125e-06 MB

It's like it can't read the available space.

There is enough space in the account. In the main page of cpanel it shows the rigth space (23MB)

I'd recommend submitting a support ticket regarding this issue.
